These Terms govern your access to and use of ShopFlow. By using the Service you agree to them. If you don't, please don't use ShopFlow.
Your account
- You're responsible for keeping your password secure.
- You're responsible for any activity under your account, including sellers you grant access to.
- Tell us promptly if you suspect a compromise.
Acceptable use
You won't:
- Use ShopFlow for illegal activity.
- Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service without our written permission.
- Resell or sublicense the Service.
- Upload malware, spam, or content you don't have rights to.
Plans & billing
- The Trial plan is free for 7 days. No card is required to start.
- Monthly plans renew automatically on the same day each month until cancelled. Cancel any time from your Subscription page.
- The Lifetime plan is a one-time payment. Major updates are included for 2 years from purchase.
- We offer a 14-day money-back guarantee on first-time paid plans. No questions asked.
Your data
Your shop data is yours. You can export it at any time. If you close your account, we delete it within 30 days per our Privacy Policy.
Service availability
We aim for 99.9% uptime, excluding scheduled maintenance announced in advance. The Service is provided "as is" and we don't guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. Use ShopFlow as a tool, not as your sole source of truth for compliance or tax obligations.
Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ShopFlow's total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the event giving rise to the claim.
Termination
We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms. You may terminate any time from your Subscription page. On termination, your data export is available for 30 days.
Changes
We'll update this page and the "Last updated" date when terms change. Material changes are announced by email at least 14 days in advance.
