This Privacy Policy describes how ShopFlow ("we", "us", "our") handles information when you use our application and website (the "Service"). We've tried to write it in plain language. If anything's unclear, email us at hbkdesign12@gmail.com.
Information we collect
- Account data — name, email, and a hashed password. We never store passwords in plain text.
- Shop data — products, sales, invoices, suppliers, customers, stock movements, cash closings, and shifts that you enter. This is yours; we store it to render it back to you.
- Session data — device, browser, IP address, and timestamps for each login, used to power "active sessions" and to detect suspicious access.
- Audit logs — every sensitive admin action is recorded so you can investigate later.
How we use it
- To operate the Service and render your shop's dashboards.
- To send transactional emails (password reset, security alerts).
- To detect abuse, fraud, and outages. We do not sell your data and we do not use your shop data to train AI models.
Data location
Data is stored in a PostgreSQL database hosted in the region you select during onboarding. Uploaded images are stored on Cloudflare R2. We use industry-standard encryption in transit (TLS) and at rest.
Sharing
We share data only with service providers required to run ShopFlow (hosting, email delivery). A current list is available on request. We never sell personal data.
Your choices
- Export — request a full export of your shop data at any time.
- Delete — close your account and we'll delete your data within 30 days, except where retention is required by law.
- Access & correction — most data is editable directly from the dashboard. For anything else, email us.
Cookies
We use a single session cookie (sd_session) to keep you signed in, and one preference cookie for language. No third-party analytics or advertising cookies are set without your consent.
Children
ShopFlow is intended for business users. We do not knowingly collect data from anyone under 16.
Changes
We'll update this page and the "Last updated" date when policy changes. Material changes are also announced via email.
